On occasion we may have to replace your chocolate(s) with an alternative of our choice to suit your selection.
Some of our chocolates do contain alcohol. If you select any of these chocolates you are confirming that you are over 16 years of age.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Perishable/Edible Items are exempt from returns due to health and safety. This includes all chocolate & sweet supplies. However, if you have any problems with any of these items, please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavour to sort it out.
If however you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us and we will either replace the item or issue a refund. (see below for damaged items)
Items can get damaged in transit however carefully we package them. If this should happen we will require photographic evidence and you should also retain the packaging in case inspection is needed.
We will issue a refund/replacement on receipt of photographic evidence or return of damaged goods.
Your parcel will reach you via Royal Mail. When dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you are unable to take receipt of the parcel, Royal Mail will leave an attempted delivery card with a set of options available for you to collect.
If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us to advise non-receipt. We will investigate this and then follow the claim process.
